Pumpkin-Pecan Pie

(Simply in Season)

1 cup pumpkin puree (or a blend of squashes you like)
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1 cup pecans (chopped)
3 eggs (beaten)
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter (softened)
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together the above filling and pour into a pie shell. Bake in a preheated oven at 350F until set. 45-55mins.
