Marinated Radish Salad

1 bunch radishes (sliced thin)
1 spring onion (sliced)
fresh dill
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
¼ tsp. sugar
¼ tsp. Dijon dressing
pinch salt
pepper to taste

Combine your radishes, onion and dill. Mix up the remaining ingredients and toss with the radish mixture. Cover and let refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Let warm slightly to room temperature before serving. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese if desired.
