Glenn's Carrot Cake

Glenn’s Carrot Cake
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
4 eggs
3 cups grated carrots

Sift dry ingredients into a bowl and fold in the oil, making a stiff mixture. Add the eggs. Add the carrots. Bake at 350 degrees F.

For the frosting…
1/4 cup butter
4 oz. cream cheese
2 cups icing sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
