Carrots with Orange, Butter & Thyme

Adjust quantities of the following ingredients as needed:
carrots, sugar, butter, herbs, orange and garlic.

Cut your carrots to the desired size.
Boil the carrots in salted water with a bit of sugar and a knob of butter and a little cluster of herb (just one, or a cluster of: thyme, rosemary, savory, parsley, etc.)

Cut an orange into eights and add them to the water, along with a few garlic cloves in their skin.

Once the carrots are cooked, drain them.
Discard the herbs and throw the carrots on a baking sheet with the chopped up orange and garlic cloves and bake them at 400F for 6-10 minutes.
